Phillip Brad Chandler, age 30, of Cedartown, Ga.; was arrested by Cedartown police on a warrant out of Haralson County. Chandler was released on December 24, 2011 into the custody of Haralson County authorities. See also (11/17/2010)
Richard Russell Hendrix, age 48, of Rockmart, Ga.; was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with disorderly conduct. Hendrix was released on December 24, 2011 after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (11/05/2010) (07/17/2010)
Micheal Wayne King, age 27, of Rockmart, Ga.; was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with misdemeanor shoplifting. King remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Damon Leon Morris, age 36, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Cedartown police on two counts failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court and 1 count contempt of court – child support. Dora Leticia-Perez Perez, age 38, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with driving without a license. Perez was released on December 24, 2011 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. See also (06/20/2011)
James Granville Prince, age 46, of Aragon, Ga.; was arrested by Aragon police and charged with driving while license withdrawn and obstructed license plate. Prince was released the same day after bonding out on a $1760 property bond. See also (01/23/2011)
Christopher Martin Roberson, age 23, of Fort Still, OK.; was arrested by Polk County police and charged with DUI-alcohol. Roberson was released the same day on a $1612 property bond.
William Brian Sumlar, age 45, of Rome, Ga.; was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court. Sumlar remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/01/2011)
Jonathan Michael Wood, age 19, of Dallas, Ga.; was arrested by Polk County deputies and charged with failure to appear in probate court. Wood was released the same day after paying $165 cash.
