The Polk County Crime Examiner brings you the arrest report for Polk County, including Cedartown, Rockmart and Aragon for Monday, December 26, 2011. The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed according to the Polk County Jail dockets.

Preston Ray Barber, age 24, of Cedartown, Ga.; was arrested by Polk County deputies on warrants for deposit account fraud and a warrant out of Floyd County. Barber paid a cash settlement in the amount of $282.72 and was released into the custody of Floyd County authorities on December 27, 2011.
Marcus Letie Barnes, age 33, of Cedartown, Ga; was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with driving on a suspended license and suspended registration. See also (10/31/2011)
John Shelton Bray, age 35, of Cedartown, Ga; was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with disorderly conduct. Bray also has twelve previous bonds that have been dropped for a total bond of $13,200 on the previous charges. Bray must bond out with CPD on the disorderly conduct charge. Kasey Lynn Degennaro, age 37, of Hiram, Ga.; was arrested by Polk County deputies and charged with interfering with public utilities. Degennaro was released on December 27, 2011 after bonding out on an $1100 property bond. See also (11/27/2009)
Brandy Ray Green, age 33, of Kingston, Ga; was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for failure to appear. Green remains in custody at the time of this publication and has been sentenced to pay $1143 to Intertech. See also (09/10/2011) (12/05/2010) (01/20/2010) (11/03/2009)
Robert Daniel Johnson, age 42, Cedartown, Ga.; was arrested by and charged with interference with 911 calls, false imprisonment, simple battery, criminal trespass and simple assault. All charges fall under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Johnson remains in custody with no set bond at the time of this publication. See also (02/18/2011)
Kristopher Ryan Oxenreider, age 27, of Cedartown, Ga.; was arrested by Polk County deputies and charged with second degree cruelty to children and battery. Both charges fall under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Oxenreider was released on December 29, 2011 after bonding out on a $10,100 property bond.
Michael Walker, age 45, of Atlanta, Ga.; was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for failure to appear. Walker remains in custody and has been sentenced to pay $708 to Intertech probation.
