After all the headaches that Chris Brown had to deal with at his West Hollywood condo, a mansion is just what the rapper needs – a space to call his own and a driveway where he can park his car.
Brown ended up leaving his condo after he ended up in a heated battle over parking spots. When Chris’s condo was ready for him to move into, the parking spots that he paid for turned out to be handicap parking spaces. Chris parked in the spots and ended up with a mountain of parking tickets because of it – which he promptly paid off. Brown later got his lawyer, Mark Geragos, to help fight the tickets and not only did Geragos get the tickets dismissed he also got Chris his money back.
Now Chris has reportedly snatched up a $1.5 million, 3 bedroom mansion. The 2,500 square foot bachelor pad comes with a pool. A source close to the situation said;
“This is a much better fit for Chris. He won’t have to deal with pesky nosy neighbors or parking issues. Chris is much happier at his new house. Chris still owns the condo, but is involved in litigation now because of the various issues he encountered while he lived there.”
Congrats on your new pad, Chris!
