My New Year’s Resolution is to continue to lose weight and watch my diet. Losing weight is not easy and there are a lot of factors that you have to overcome inorder to be successful.
HAVE A PLAN
- Organize a diet or supplements to take to enhance your weight loss.
- Outline the foods that will help with weight loss.
- Exercise is important – plan on where and how you will exercise.
- Increase the correct vitamins if you cut back on meat, etc.
- Take the necessary Vitamins (C) that you need to help with your body functions.
- Consider if you are currently under the doctor’s care for illness.
- Consult with your physicians on your plan and see if it is for your benefit.
- If you are a Diabetic 2 – plans on 3 meals a day that lowers your sugar intake.
- If you are taking High Blood Pressure, see if there is a conflict with you diet progrram.
- Consider if you live in a cold climate and you can’t get outside to walk or run during the winter.
- Join a fitness group or program to exercise indoor for the winter or the summer if it is hot.
- Swimming is good for anyone, or water exercising in the water.

- Determine if the program is a quick fix program, only to regain your weight later.
- Evidence that people have used the program and it actually helped them.
