Reality shows have taken over television. According to Wikipedia, the free online encyclopedia, a reality show is a genre of television programming that presents unscripted dramatic or humorous situations, documents actual events, and usually features ordinary people instead of professional actors, sometimes in a contest or other situation where a prize is awarded.
Reality television has existed in some form or another since the early years of television but exploded as a phenomenon around 1999–2000 with the success of reality shows such as Big Brother and Survivor.
What if God produced a reality show? Well, guess what? He does! Every single day in every single way, each of us star in our own reality show.
The Fear Factor
God doesn’t require us to eat worms or intestines of animals, but God requires us to be risky enough to follow His word. He tells us hundreds of times, “Fear not for I am with you.”
God sees everything you do. However, He gives you guidelines to follow to achieve the best possible outcome.

There are many life challenges. The one who survives is the one who stays in the race performing the tasks God gives. God’s amazing grace will keep you in the Amazing Race.
With God there is no respecter of persons. This simply means you do not have to be a celebrity to work for God and find favor in God’s eyes. God will never say like Donald Trump, “You’re fired.” He says get up and try it again.
Jesus walked along the Sea of Galilee teaching and preaching and giving people a positive image. He was humble and never threw his weight around to get people to notice and obey his instructions.
Therefore, if any man be in Christ he is a new creature old things are passed away; behold all things are become new. ” (2 Corinthians 5:17) God is still in the makeover business and His makeover is extreme.
In God’s reality show, there is no loser, big or small. Everybody wins who follow His commands, love God and God’s people.
The X-factor is simply the grace of God within a person that radiates to others. It is an indescribable gift, but you will know it when you see or hear it. While everyone should have the x-factor, many fall short. The irony of having the x-factor is that it is given only by God. When others try to muster it up on their own, they defeat the purpose and are cast aside.
