How to make cheesy Buffalo chicken dip
6 or 7 chicken tenders, cooked and shredded
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
(Optional items) Salsa, Greek yogurt, bleu cheese dressing
Shred up the chicken after you cook it. Set it aside.
Stir fry the chicken bits in a pan with the pepper sauce. Let cool a bit.
Mix ranch dressing with the cream cheese, using an electric mixer. If you want the mix to be a bit creamier, try adding a dollop or two of Greek yogurt.
Add the mixture to a crock pot, pouring in about half the cheese. Heat until the dip bubbles.
Put in a serving dish. Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese and some fresh salsa on top.
Serve with celery and tortilla chips. You can also serve with crusty bread. Serve bleu cheese dressing on the side.
