What are you doing for New Years?
Baltimore has plenty of great things to do around the city during this time of year, and for New Years Eve, the possibilities are endless. Many bars and hotels are offering all-night deals in honor of the holiday, and here are just a few options…
1. Red Maple in Mt. Vernon is hosting their annual New Years Eve party featuring several different accommodations for guests and their friends. Due to popularity, the remaining reservations for dinner are available from 6-7:30pm. If the atmosphere alone is what your craving from this restaurant/lounge, there is a general admission for $30 per person which includes champagne toast, party hats, noisemakers, and a party that keeps going until 4am.
To reserve, email Red Maple at email@example.com
Or call Red Maple at 410.385.0520.
2. Power Plant Live! is hosting a night so big that you will be hard pressed find any other deal that offers so much to see and do for such a low cost. If you book your reservations before December 31st, the general admission is $110, which includes access to open bars at 10 different venues, dinner and a champagne toast at midnight. From 9-1am, a top shelf open bar will be available as well. The following bars will be participating in the Power Plant Live! New Years Eve festivities: Angels Rock Bar, Howl at the Moon, Joe Squared, Leinenkugel’s Beer Garden, Luckie’s Liquors, Luckie’s Tavern, Mex Tequila Bar, Mosaic Nightclub, PBR Baltimore and TATU.
3. If you want a venue where you can find a nice warm bed after all the partying, consider attending the New Years celebration at Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel, which promises many great ways to ring in the new year. There will be six different areas of the hotel, all of which have themes, food and open bars from which to choose. Martini bars, wine bars and shooter bars at several different locations promise for no lines throughout the evening. A Monte Carlo casino will be set up and will include games such as blackjack, roulette, craps and Wheel of Fortune. Party favors and a champagne toast at midnight ensure this evening spent at the Sheraton will be an evening well spent.
Whatever you choose to do on the last night in 2011, have fun, be safe and take lots of pictures! Happy New Years!!
