Crosby: “Yeah I think we messed up, but I think we are going to mess up a thousand more times before he’s 18. I don’t think you should get too spun out about this one.”

For Jasmine and Crosby, honesty means talking to Jabbar about why there won’t be a wedding. It was nice to see them being parents together. There have been one on one parenting moments, but never with both of them talking to Jabbar. Jasmine and Crosby also had to be honest with themselves and where their relationship is going. It has been nice seeing them together but not romantically because they have been getting along. At the end of the episode, they sleep together. Personally, it was a little rushed. There was no need for them to immediately get romantic. The writers could have prolonged them being friends or even had storylines showing them missing one another and wanting to get back together instead of just getting drunk. Agree?
Amber has to be honest with herself regarding finances. The scenes where it is just Amber going through her daily life were fantastic. This storyline was truly all about her and her being independent. In the end she goes to her grandmother for money, and Sarah tries to help her with an online budget. Did you enjoy this storyline?
Adam decides to be half honest with Kristina. He tells her about the kiss with Rachel, but he does not tell her the truth about firing her. Like with Jasmine and Crosby, Kristina finding out about Rachel did seem rushed. Why didn’t she call Adam’s cell when she wanted to talk to him? Adam could not have hid Rachel for long, but it did happen quickly. It was not as big of an issue as Jasmine and Crosby sleeping together but still an issue. Did you think it happened too fast or perfect timing?
Joel and Julia find out the truth about the situation they are in with Zoe. Joel tracks down Troy, Zoe’s boyfriend and the baby’s father, and when they are over at dinner, Troy strongly implies that they should pay for the baby. Now all along the writers have been setting up doubt through various characters being concerned about this arrangement. Zeek, for one, has constantly voiced concerned, so the viewers know that something is too perfect here, meaning that something must go wrong. Did you think that there was going to be a money issue? Did you like that twist? It was a shocking twist, mostly in the way that Troy basically comes out and demands cash. Joel standing up for Julia and her honesty was a perfect moment.
