Cain accused Rove of making “a deliberate attempt to damage me” in order to benefit “the establishment choice,” Mitt Romney. It appears Herman may be right. Rove, who was once liked by Conservatives, flew his true colors with Christina O’Donnell and continues to trash Constitutionalist.
Today, on the Sean Hannity radio program, Karl followed Herman Cain, who repeatedly denied wrong doing. Rove, continued expressing subtle doubts about Herman’s veracity. Keep in mind that Rove has played a pivotal role for the establishment Republicans trashing Tea Party candidates, including Sarah Palin.
A fast recap of Rove’s Cain backstabbing will solidify the point:
· Rove spews, Cain “demonstrated an embarrassing lack of understanding about key issues.”
· On Fox, Rove holds up his famous white board listing Herman Cain gaffs and miss-steps. Concluding that Hermann, “I think it has created an image of him as not being up to this task. That’s really deadly.”
· Mediaite reported, Karl Rove Declares That Herman Cain Has ‘Peaked’ this afternoon on the Kilmeade and Friends radio show, seasoned Republican political strategist Karl Rove took some time to weigh in on the allegations of sexual harassment lobbed against presidential hopeful Herman Cain.
· “Rove referred to this morning’s New York Times report on the two women who have come forward and noted that, in Cain’s view, there appears to be a discrepancy between an “agreement” and a “settlement.” He then offered some advice for Cain: I think the only way to get past this is to get the National Restaurant Association to release its report so that… what they found when they investigated come out and, second of all, that now, having Mr. Cain spoken, it’s going to look unfair if he doesn’t take proactive measures to encourage the Restaurant Association to allow the women in question to come forward.”
As to Rove, he’s definitely in the Republican approved Romney camp and is Mitt’s chief propagandist. The Other McCain said it right in his blog: “Karl Rove Decides Popular Guy Leading All the Polls Can’t Possibly Win Election. Just about the time Herman Cain pulls ahead in the Real Clear Politics average — and is leading by double digits in Iowa — the Architect goes on Fox News to denounce Cain as “not up to the task“: Remember that Karl is the guy who engineered George Bush’s landslide victory, by a margin of hundreds of votes, over the formidable Al Gore. Let’s face it: Rove is a spokesman for the Romney campaign.”
Rove is no friend of Herman Cain nor the Conservatives, Constitutionalist or the Tea Partiers and we should discount anything thing this “Progressive agent Provocateur” says or writes.
