Snow flurries might be on the front this week. A minor change in temperature takes on by Tuesday in Colorado Springs, Colo., as winter approaches soon.
Weather forecast reports, according to the KKTV 11 News website, indicated conditions by Tuesday morning should primarily remain partly cloudy to snow flurries with a high temperature topping in the upper 30s to lower 40s.
By the afternoon, the conditions should remain calm, but snow flurries are possible with some breezy winds, said Branden Borremans, a meteorologist for KKTV 11 News. Snow could fall more in the San Juan Mountains rather than the lower elevations, he said in a weather blurb published on KKTV’s website.
Snowfall might not total too high locally, if it were to fall, Borremans said in the blurb.
If snow showers do not fall in Colorado Springs, Colo., then conditions might remain mostly cloudy and cold throughout the day, KKTV’s website indicated.
Conditions throughout most of the day should remain relatively calm and seasonal, the KKTV website indicated; average temperatures range in the 40s for December.
Winter might be on the forefront sooner rather than later, but the seasonal weather might rebound before the end of the week.
