On Monday, TNA taped an episode of Impact Wrestling from the Impact Wrestling Zone in Orlando, Florida. According to a Tuesday November 15th report by PWInsider.com, Impact opened up with the world champion Robert Roode coming out to talk about his victory at Turning Point on Sunday. Roode also ripped on his former teammates in Fortune and Beer Money. This prompts AJ Styles to come out and they begin to brawl all over the Impact Wrestling Zone. Sting comes out and announces that Roode and Styles will wrestle for the TNA World Title at the December PPV Final Resolution in a 30 minute Iron Man match.
In the opening match of Impact, the newly crowned TV champion Robbie E. defeated Devon to retain his title. Big Rob was outside the ring as was The Pope. Former TV champion Eric Young came out and had an altercation with Big Rob Terry.
In the second match of the night, Jesse Sorensen and Brian Kendrick defeated Kid Kash and Austin Aries. Kash and Aries had difficulties working together and almost came to blows in the middle of the match.
Backstage, Sting goes and talks to Garrett Bischoff about his match from last week. Crimson and Matt Morgan come in and are bickering over their match from the PPV on Sunday. Sting talks about the state of the tag-team division and said that the two will team up to take on Mexican America for the tag-titles.
The 3rd match of the show was a gauntlet match featuring 10 of TNA’s Knockouts. Mickie James ended up winning the match and is now the #1 contender for the Knockouts title which is currently held by Gail Kim.
Karen Jarrett comes out to the ring and calls out Jeff Hardy. She tries to provoke him into hitting her and event attempts to hit Hardy. Jeff Jarrett comes through the crowd and tries to attack Hardy who sees him and fights off Jarrett.
In a match that was made earlier in the show, Crimson and Matt Morgan defeat Mexican America after Morgan hits the Carbon footprint for the pin. Crimson and Morgan become the new world tag-team champions.
In the last match of the night, Garrett Bischoff with Sting in his corner defeated Gunner via pinfall after hitting a DDT. Ric Flair and Eric Bischoff were in Gunner’s corner.
James Storm comes out to the ring and demands to know who attacked him last week. HE calls out AJ Styles and accuses him. They start brawling. Kaz comes out and breaks them up. As Styles and Kaz head to the back, Kurt Angle comes out from under the ring and attacks Storm. He hits the Angle Slam and reveals that it was him who attacked James last week.
